Who is MPC Innovation Lab and what do you manufacture?
MPC Innovation Lab Co., Ltd. is a full-service cosmetics and skincare OEM/ODM manufacturer in Krathum Baen, Samut Sakhon, Thailand. We handle consultation, formula development, packaging, production, filling and delivery for brand owners.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we manufacture to a formula or brief that the brand defines; ODM means our R&D team develops the formula and product and the brand sells it under its own name. MPC supports both Standard Formulas and Custom Formulas.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard formulas start from 100 pieces, and custom formulas start at roughly 300 - 1,000 pieces depending on formula type, active ingredients, packaging and agreed terms.
Which standards does the factory operate under?
MPC Innovation Lab operates under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007 (Cosmetic GMP) and CODEX GHPs, so production is systematic and traceable.
How does the process of building a brand with MPC work?
You discuss your requirements, choose or develop a formula, test and adjust samples, select and design packaging, confirm the formula and start production, pass quality inspection, and receive delivery.
