Yes, we offer Standard Formulas that have been developed and stability-tested under the factory's process, and Custom Formulas for brands that want a formula built around their concept, positioning and target audience.

Yes, you can trial a sample to assess texture, scent and after-feel before confirming the formula. Adjustment terms follow the company's formula development policy.
Can I specify the SPF / PA I want?
You can state your target SPF / PA values as the development brief, but any values used on labels or in marketing should be backed by appropriate test results and supporting data.
How long do development and production take?
Typically, a Standard Formula takes about 30-45 working days after the formula, packaging, artwork and deposit are confirmed. A Custom Formula takes about 45-60 working days in total for development and preparation. These timelines may change with formula complexity, packaging and any additional testing.
Do you help with choosing packaging?
Yes, our team can advise on and source bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, labels and boxes that suit your formula, budget and brand image, and assess compatibility between formula and packaging as appropriate.
